The Kollective is a privately operated property development company focused on delivering long-term rental accommodation for moderate income earning households. The Kollective is a for profit organisation and is not a social housing provider.

The Kollective Housing Model combines well designed, compact living loft units in highly central locations with easy access to transport, shops and employment centres.
The Kollective is the result of over ten years research and development in to models of housing that aim to increase the housing options available to key workers (teachers, plumbers, nurses, retail staff) & micro entrepreneurs of the Byron Shire. Urban consolidation rather than urban expansion (aka urban sprawl) is central to The Kollective’s housing policy.

By increasing housing diversity in the shire, The Kollective aims to provide housing at variety of rental price points.
The Kollective does not provide short term leases or holiday letting. The Kollective offers tenants more affordable, secure and connected lifestyles.
